Last Wednesday afternoon, the Tallassee Tigers welcomed the Benjamin Russell Wildcats for their third baseball game of the season. The Wildcats saw a lot of success early at the plate and the game ended after five innings in BRHS’ favor, 15-1.

After graduating 13 seniors at the end of last season’s run into the third round of the playoffs, the Tigers are still searching for an identity especially on the pitcher’s mound. Only one player from last season’s run returns — junior catcher and Georgia Tech commit Brue Milner, also the team’s leadoff hitter.
