Over the course of the season, Tallassee’s girls basketball team found a way to win, seeing the path to success. That path, however, happened to lead through a highly competitive area in Class 4A’s Area 3 with tough opponents in Montgomery Catholic and Trinity Presbyterian.

The Tigers finished the regular season in third place with a record of 4-4. In order to make a playoff appearance Tallassee needed to win its semifinal area tournament game against Trinity, but the Tigers came up short, losing 59-23.
