Each summer after the end of the high school baseball season, the Alabama Baseball Coaches Association selects some of the top rising stars in the state to represent their school at a multi-team showcase. The goal is to create exposure for these rising stars, giving them the opportunity to be seen by college coaches from across the state and beyond.

Wetumpka and Elmore County each had several representatives at the showcase last week. Elmore County sent rising sophomore Sawyer Dutton, as well as two rising seniors, Ross Pike and Kason Moe, while the Indians were represented by rising junior Dylan Jordan and rising seniors Miller Lombardi and Connor Jacks.
