Former VictoryLand employees came one step closer to damages in a case against the now-closed electronic bingo facility.

According to Dale Segrest of Segrest Law in Tallassee the class action lawsuit travelled all the way to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals where a judge ruled Aug. 5 in favor of the plaintiffs.
