The Tallassee Mat Cats, the local youth wrestling team sponsored by the city’s recreation department, have been on the mats at their own practice facility in east Tallassee three times a week since Oct. 6, and so far, head coach Brent Tennyson, who is in his fifth year at the helm, likes what he sees.
