The Camp Hill Police Department might have a new police vehicle.
The police department is down to sharing one vehicle between six officers with high mileage according to Camp Hill police chief Corey Shaw in an email to Mayor Juanita Woody. A temporary vehicle was donated by the Dadeville Police Department, but lacks emergency lights and sirens.
Temperatures will fall below freezing tonight across all of
Central Alabama with residual moisture on local roadways. This will
lead to the possibility of hazardous travel in some areas. Black
ice may create slick spots on some local roads...bridges and
overpasses. Please use extra caution if you have to travel.
