Miller Hotel general manager Stuart Brasell said all that is left is completing the fire inspection, acquiring a certificate of occupancy and securing a business license. The hotel has been under construction for almost three years, but the timeframe allowed for the careful preparation of its 11 bedrooms and its guest experience.
