A man who has been a stabilizing presence at Dadeville City Hall has a new opportunity to do the same thing in a new position.

Dadeville City Clerk Mike Gardner was approved by the Tallapoosa County Board of Education to be hired as a new financial administrative assistant at the most recent board meeting. Gardner will be working with current Chief School Financial Officer Tommy Thweatt when he arrives in the central office the first of October.
