In the Tigers’ Class 3A Region 4 overtime loss to Lee-Scott last Friday, McKelvey showed what makes him such a special athlete under center.  He completed 9 of 19 pass attempts for 136 yards and two touchdowns — connecting with Cale Hanks and Dekarie Daniels for deep scores. Then, in turn, he added another 101 rushing yards and a score on 15 carries, averaging 6.7 yards per carry.
