The United States Postal Inspection Service has increased the reward from $100,000 to $250,000 in the shooting death of postal worker Tony Harrelson on Oct. 2, 2009. 

The family of Harrelson have expressed frustration as they have not received many updates over the past 16 years from USPIS.
