It has been an interesting week for the Southern Prep football team.

After forfeiting last week's contest against Coosa Valley Academy and the resignation of football coach Roland Bell, the Rangers had to continue on with the season. And this week bore the same problems that plagued them in the season opener, falling to Evangel Christian, 56-14, on Friday night.
