Montgomery man arrested for stealing catalytic converters

Gunshots rang out in the Rock Springs community as an alleged thief was trying to get away.

Elmore County Sheriff Bill Franklin said his department arrested Jerry Harris, 38, of Montgomery, on Nov. 17.
