Last week’s loss against Monroe Academy was the Edgewood Academy Wildcats’ third loss in a row. Heading into the penultimate game of the season, the Wildcats are in for another big challenge against AISA AA Region 2 leaders Abbeville Christian Academy.
The Cowboys are undefeated this season, both overall and in the region. They’ve defeated every opponent by a fairly wide margin, the closest game being against Morgan Academy, 58-34. In eight games, Abbeville Christian has scored an average of 45.8 points per game, allowing a minimal 13.9 points per game in comparison.Â

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
