Wetumpka outside hitter Carlynn Chumley (7) gets a tip over the net against rivals Stanhope Elmore at their last regular meeting on Tuesday, September 30. Wetumpka beat Stanhope Elmore in straight sets.

The Wetumpka Indians visited their rivals, the Stanhope Elmore Mustangs, on Tuesday night for the last regular season showdown. The Indians swept their rivals 3-0 in a dominant volleyball showing, controlling the tempo through each set. 

Things looked pretty even through the beginning of the first set, but the Indians managed to pull away. Outside hitter Carlynn Chumley led Wetumpka’s attack, landing cross-court kills throughout the match.
