SACRAMENTO—The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of an armed and dangerous individual who is suspected of robbing several Northern California banks.
The subject is described as a white male who is in his 20’s or 30’s and stands approximately 5’8” to six feet tall with a slender build and dark hair. At the time of the robberies, the subject has frequently wore khaki pants and long-sleeved, zip-front shirts and jackets with a hat, and black glasses.

today along a stalled frontal boundary draped across Central
Alabama. High confidence exists for slow-moving storms capable of
producing very heavy rainfall on top of already saturated soils for
locations within the watch area.

Clay, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson,
Lamar, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens,
Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega,
Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa and Walker.
* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
