Alexander City Middle School's math team took home the top prize at Southern Union State Community College's 2026 Mathmatics Tournament. The winning team was made up of Marcus Whitley, left, Haig Lee, Levy Clark and Jenna Kim.

The team recently participated in the Southern Union State Community College 2026 Mathematics Tournament where not only did the team win first place, three of the four team members also won first, second and third place individually.
