Markeis Smart, 22, of Dadeville, and Jordan Smart, 19, of Alexander City, were arrested Friday afternoon in connection with the shooting deaths of Fitzgerald Wilson, 19, and Rafiel Riggins, 20, on Monday, March 30.

Alexander City Police Department investigators took both into custody. They were charged with two counts of capital murder and taken to the Tallapoosa County Jail to await a bond hearing.
