The body of a 24-year-old man was recovered Wednesday evening from the waters of Lake Martin at Chimney Rock, and his identity has been confirmed as Jayden Baretta, 24, of Georgia, according to Elmore County Sheriff Bill Franklin.

The 911 call came into dispatchers about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon and soon first responders were on the scene.
