It took Benjamin Russell’s Amari Cunningham less than a minute to show why she is regarded as one of the top rising seniors in the state. 

Freshly after getting subbed in, Cunningham drove the court and made a beeline to the hoop. Her teammate saw her, dished it to her in the paint and Cunningham muscled her way for a layup. Most of Alexander City has seen that in some capacity from Cunningham while donning the maroon and white, but now the state was made aware of the impact she brings on the court.
