A Dadeville High School staff member has been put on leave, according to a Facebook statement from the Tallapoosa County Board of Education.
“Superintendent Casey Davis and the members of the Tallapoosa County Board of Education are aware of the situation involving a staff member at Dadeville High School and understand the community's concern,” the Facebook post said. “The employee in question has been placed on leave. We are fully cooperating with law enforcement and assisting with their investigation. Our priority remains the safety and well-being of our students and staff.”

at 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
