The Gateway at Lake Martin has a new owner.

According to an article on rebusinessonline.com, Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, has brokered the $23.1 million sale of the shopping center to an entity doing business as Calhoun Shores LLC, which purchased the center along with a grocery store in Naples, Florida leased to Sprouts Farmers Market.
