Growth is evident in more ways than one for the Horseshoe Bend baseball team, and Friday was an example of that.

Things seemed grim, fighting from behind from the get-go while the at-bats ran cold. But at the top of the sixth, a glimmer of hope came. Despite compiling four runs to cut the deficit to one, the Generals narrowly missed on a come-from-behind victory, dropping their second game of the season, 6-5.
