As the game of basketball evolves, it reverberates downward to the high school level. The addition of the 3-point shot has become a part of almost every player's arsenal, with the ability to instantly swing the momentum of a game.

And for the Horseshoe Bend girls basketball team, it is evident the 3-point shot has paid its dues for the squad as it’s averaging 50.8 points per game and has a 10-4 record to boot. However, the person playing the role of the General's sharpshooter has yet to officially begin her high school career.
