Height on front row to be calling card for Wildcats

Amari Cunningham, Gabby McKinney and Ka’Mariya Banks have all been mainstays on the hardwood in some capacity. Most notably on the basketball court, however, this year, those three will be crucial on the front row for the Benjamin Russell volleyball team. 

“It's something we haven't had in years,” coach Magan Ford said. “I think this is the tallest group of girls we've had since 2019. So they change things, and we have to really buy into utilizing that. They're very athletic, they're very mobile, very quick. So we have to be able to utilize that, and that starts with our serves and our passing. It doesn't matter how tall our front row is if we can't serve and we can't pass.”
