A Texas man has died after a single-vehicle crash that occurred approximately 3 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23 in Coosa County, according to a press release from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. 

Rickey T. Montz, 68, of Plano, Texas, was fatally injured when the 2013 Lincoln MKS he was driving left the roadway and struck an embankment, the press release said.
