The Alexander City Board of Education approved hiring LEAN Frog Strategic Education Planning (LSTEP) for a five-year plan Tuesday.

LSTEP is a company that assimilates data and creates plans for leadership, finances, teaching and capital projects, according to superintendent Dr. Keith Lankford.
