There’s a mystery not too far from Tallapoosa County.

The Lafayette Ceremonial Stone Complex is out in Chambers County on private property, but local researchers have been studying its possible historical and archaeological past. Archaeologist Teresa Paglione first came in contact with the stone complex through the Chattahoochee Valley Historical Society.
