It’s never too early for students to get a head start on scholarships.

Applications for Central Alabama Community College scholarships for the 2025-2026 spring semester are now open. With eight CACC-exclusive scholarships available, students have ample opportunities to receive financial support in the upcoming spring semester. Most of the scholarships require certain criteria for application. High school students or those who have not formerly attended college should have a verified 2.5 high school GPA on a 4.0 scale after their junior year. Those who have completed the GED should have a verified 2.5 equivalent GPA to GED score. Current CACC students should have an overall 2.5 GPA after the 2024 fall semester. Students must be enrolled or plan to enroll in a degree-seeking or long-term certificate, and must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours in the program of study. To maintain the scholarship, students must maintain an overall cumulative 2.5 CACC GPA or higher.
