The town of Camp Hill has moved a referendum on Sunday alcohol sales to Dec. 1 to comply with state voting laws.

The town’s referendum will decide whether a law that would allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays “during certain hours after noon” will be enacted, according to a public notice from the town. The law would require that the alcohol be sold by “properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.”
