A single-vehicle crash that occurred in Coosa County at approximately 11:27 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, has claimed the life of a Montgomery man.

William M. Romanowski, 19, was critically injured when the 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Romanowski was transported to Russell Medical in Alexander City, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
