The city council unanimously voted to authorize Mayor Barbara Young to initiate legal action against the person responsible for the damage to the city’s Fire Medic Unit No. 5 ambulance.

The ambulance was involved in an accident at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 280 and Ala. Hwy. 22 on July 8, 2011.
