For the first time in two decades, Russell Lands will have a new man at the helm, as David Sturdivant will officially take over as president effective Jan. 1.

Having served previously as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer, Sturdivant will take over for Tom Lamberth, who has been the Russell Lands Inc. president since 2003.
