Fox Creek at the Tallapoosa River is a popular attraction.
Fox Creek Road and Day Road leading to it don’t have homes on them but are used to access the picturesque spot. But concerns over road conditions especially on Fox Creek Road have arisen. Tallapoosa County temporarily closed the road last week. It will be closed until a public hearing and vote by the Tallapoosa County Commission. County officials and legal representation received a letter to fix Fox Creek Road.
