“Where is that icon? Hold on, where is that icon? What is an app? Can’t you just go over that Internet and see this on my iPad?”

These are just a few questions that the staff at the Adelia M. Russell Library gets when patrons are trying to use their electronic devices to check out and view the more than 23,000 e-books available through the library.
