Over the past five years, owners Troy and Becky Warren have expanded their business from property management to all kinds of services for lakefront properties. 

Troy Warren said he has been in operations all his life. He started doing property management as Lake Martin Lifestyle Management after moving to Lake Martin in 2020. The property management was largely for vacation lake houses, so owners can have peace of mind while they are absent.
