The Adelia M. Russell Library will be joining libraries across the state today in the 2011 American Library Association Snapshot Day.
Director Judy Tidwell said libraries across the state and region will collect statistics, take photos and write stories that will enable library advocates to prove the value of their libraries to decision-makers and increase public awareness.
