Mitch Sneed was a well-known figure throughout Tallapoosa County as he was the longtime editor of Tallapoosa Publishers. He died Sunday, July 1, 2018, after succumbing to injuries suffered in a car wreck. 

Now, his case will be heard in court Monday as the family is suing Honda for faulty equipment.
