Ricky Lynn McVey, 52, of Alexander City, was arrested and charged with electronic solicitation of a minor, transmitting obscene material to a child and possession of a short-barreled rifle.

At approximately 11:10 a.m. on Sept. 10, Alex City police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Oak Hill Drive to meet with an organization called “Predator Poachers,” according to a press release from Alex City Police Department Sgt. Drew Machen.
