Individuals connected to an alleged organized retail theft at Roses Department Store were scheduled to be in court earlier this week but had their preliminary hearings continued.

Michael Caldwell, 44, Crystal Kebchi, 46, Magdalena Hermosillo, 31, and Bobbie Gay, 59, all of Alexander City, and Natalie Cunigan, 51, of Kellyton, are all charged with organized retail theft that spanned for three months and caused a minimum loss of $18,000 for Roses, according to court documents.
