A single-vehicle crash Wednesday, Aug. 27, claimed the life of a Sylacauga woman.

Stacia Bearden, 38, was killed when the 1995 Ford Mustang in which she was a passenger left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. Bearden was not using a seat belt.
