The Alexander City Police Department has apprehend a suspect in connection with a Tuesday shooting which left one person injured. 

The ACPD arrested and formally charged Archavious Dreon Lawson, 20, Wednesday with attempted murder after a person shot multiple times Tuesday at the intersection of I Street and Booker Street.
