Two arrested on drug, prostitution charges

Two Alexander City residents were arrested on drug and prostitution charges Tuesday after a search warrant was executed by the Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force, according to the Tallapoosa County Sheriff's Department.

Kayla “Lexus” Coggins, 32, of Alexander City was arrested and charged with 20 counts of prostitution, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
