A two-vehicle crash Tuesday claimed the life of a Wetumpka woman and injured another.

Gloria Grier Allen, 66, was seriously injured when the 2002 Toyota Sequoia in which she was a passenger collided with a 2007 Freightliner tractor-trailer. Allen was transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where she died a short time later.
