Previously known as D.A.R.E. Power Park, Centennial Park is one of the only free public accesses to Lake Martin by car. It has a playground with new playground balls, pavilions and picnic tables, which can be reserved for events or parties and bathrooms. Lake Martin Tourism president Sandra Fuller described it as a clean, family-friendly environment. The beach saw 26,000 visitors last year over a 12 month period.
