Russell Medical CEO Jim Peace selected to serve on state advisory board.

The RHTP was passed in July and will supply $50 billion nationwide to assist rural hospitals and providers. Fifty percent of the funding allocation will be divided equally among states that submit an application to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The remaining 50% will be distributed to states based on a formula developed by the CMS administrator.Â
