PHOTOS: Nutrition class adds spice to life
Several Coosa residents attended the IHOPE Program in partnership with the Goodwater Youth Development and Recreational Center. The nutrition class, which focused on herbs this month, was taught by Coosa County Extension agent Regina Meadows. The IHOPE workshops discuss different nutrition topics and meet monthly. The next class is scheduled for noon, April 14 at the Goodwater Youth Development and Recreational Center, 166 Harris St., Goodwater.
