Benjamin Russell rising-junior Char-Zale Davis is seeing his name get more and more involved in the recruiting trail as of late. On Monday, he picked up his fifth and sixth scholarship offers from Duke and Bowling Green with schools such as Troy, Samford, Lousianna-Monore and North Alabama making up the rest of his offers. As a sophomore, David recorded 73 total tackles, including 14 for a loss and five sacks through 14 games. He stands at 6-foot-2 and 270-pounds. Davis is not the only BRHS defensive lineman to have grabbed the attention of Division-I universities; Kalib Spivey, a three star recruit, holds 23 scholarship offers and Kenderious Byrd holds one from Samford.Â
