Despite having nine hits compared to just five for Andrew College, Central Alabama Community College’s baseball team couldn’t get the offense when it needed it most and suffered a 3-2 loss on Thursday afternoon.

The Trojans trailed early after Andrew College scored twice in the bottom of the second and although they chipped away at that lead, it wasn’t enough. The worst part for CACC (5-8), which has now lost three in a row, was it had plenty of opportunities but left eight runners stranded.
