Central Coosa took the field for the first time in pads to commemorate the start of the fall season. Dressed in helmets and their shoulder pads, the team did some much needed work to polish their new offensive scheme. 

The Cougars have split the week into offensive and defensive days, with Wednesday emphasizing the offense.
