It was not going to be easy for the Alex City 12U softball team, but one thing was for certain — they were going to come out on top. 

That sentiment became evident in the postseason, where the team went a perfect 8-0 and took the All-American Youth Sport 12U Alabama State Championship. However, it was in the semifinals where the team truly showed what it was made of.
